magic mask frac isn't retained

magicDSFile holds the fraction of pixels masked by magic. However, it appears to delete the rows when destreak cleanup runs. It might be useful to propage the individual magic maskfrac entries to the chip/cam/warp/diff stage entries, which have a maskfrac_magic column that isn't being used, in order to retain this information.
