perl mdc parser will not accept hexadecimal value for inteter

I tried to add the following to gpc1/camera.config

MASK.NO.CENSOR U32 0x5280

ipp_apply_burntool.pl failed with

ERROR (line 165): of metadata file : could not parse beyond this point

Using a decimal value works fine.

This bug is in the paser not ippScripts but I didn't see a component that matches that.
