figure out why alala can't rebuild it's raid set

Description
disk bay #4 on one of the RAID controllers in alala is preventing the array from being rebuilt. alala needs to be taken down and all of the raid cabling blown out/reconnected. If that doesn't work I would try to me a direct dd copy of this disk to another drive and try that. If that doesn't work I would suspect a bad RAID controller port.
