pslib doxygen needs cleanup

Description
There are far to many entries under the "modules" listing and some of them don't
lead to anything useful.
For example, when you click on "Database functions" in the modules listing you
would expect to get a list of the database functions instead of just a blank page.

There are two listings for many functions, ie,
Database Functions
...
Database
etc.
The 'Database Functions' doesn't work but the 'Database' does. Likewise with
XML, etc. So I'd have to look into this further, but it seems that we just need
to remove the 'Functions' entries. Do you know why/(how) they're here and/or
how to remove them?

It doesn't appear that there have be any improvements since the 0.9.0 release.
What is the status of work on this bug?
