I've removed the access restrictions on the PSDC 4xx section. Fixed some of the
menu issues. Renamed the IPP 'software' page to 'Downloads'. Created a
'developer' index page and moved jhbuild under it. All of the duplicate IPP
PSDC documents have been removed and all of the document links re-pointed to the
PSDC tree.
The developer & resources pages and sub0pages still need to be created but I
believe that you wanted to do this.
