receive client does not clean up temp directories

Description
The receive client creates directories in /tmp
It doesn't seem to delete them when it's done
This leads to problems like
mkdir /data03/ps1ipp/tmp/214113: Too many links at /data03/ps1ipp/default.lin64/bin/dsget line 98
