Initialization batches

The initialization batch consists of tables populated with the metadata necessary for PSPS to make sense of the other batch types, like detections, diffs etc. For example they include information relating to photometry, like zero points and extinction, as well as filter types, survey IDs etc. The full table definitions and corresponding data can be seen here (Warning, this is a big file).
