- 2012-06-16 1830 rebooted after jobs hanging most of day and not clearing. many hung lockd and mount.nfs entries throughout early morning.
- 2012-11-17 rebooted it, because it was only seeing 20GB of its 24GB of RAM, by Haydn.
- 2012-12-06 10:06 GPF, similar last sysfile with i2c module power cycled ipp019-crash-20121206. had looked at earlier and only up for 6 days, rebooted and not logged previously..
- 2013-11-09T09:19:03 system unresponsive, console message, Kernel panic - not syncing: Fatal exception in interrupt, power cycled by gavin
