SA12 problems
- stack detect id is 1/2/3/4/5 when there is no stack detection in object
- there are no stack mags when something is seen like 2 times per filter in the detections
- ken's weird mag problem - this happens for stuff that is only detected one time (in object tables)
- we need flag tables in psps (detectionFlag, stackdetectionFlag, objectinfoFlag, objectFilterFlag, objectQualityFlag)
