We have reduced the MD08 data using the SuperMACHO/ESSENCE pipeline. We used the IPP warped images (only unstacked!). The FWHM measurements are based on dophot and they are in pixels (1 pixel = 0.2 "). The zeropoints are with respect to 2MASS J (Thus the zeropoints are only meaningful in a relative sense, and probably with errors of about 0.1-0.2 mags)
