No page for "failed chip imfiles"

It's easy to see in the pantasks status display how many jobs of a given kind failed, but it's not easy to find the individual exposures or imfiles. E.g. there's no "failed chip imfiles", "chip failed exp", etc.

I think it would be very useful to have a "failed" page in ippMonitor for every .run task in pantasks, and then a link to the log file from there, so that you can use ippMonitor to diagnose the problem and at least find out the command that failed before you go to a terminal and rerun it.
