this error is fixed in the latest ippMonitor. changes in the table schema are not automatically handled by ippMonitor, and there is no strong driver for this. a given code release should be consistent between the ippMonitor code and the table schema, however.

This is due to the new table names. Once the database schema settles down again
(hopefully within the next week), we should re-deploy the ippMonitor. In the
meantime, the user is forced to examine the database directly using mysql.
