Description
not sure why this fails. i have attached the log file (note there is the output
of two runs of the program in that file)

Not sure; looks like a problem with running dettool -adddetrunsummary, rather
than with the script. A possibility: dettool -adddetrunsummary doesn't let you
add a detrun summary if it's already been added. Josh?

Paul is correc, the database scheme currently only allows one entry per
det_id/iter. Is this a bug in dettool? Shouldn't the script be calling
-toresidexp?
