dettool -toresid needs to return CAMERA

Description

dettool -toresid is used to feed detrend_create_resid.pl, which in turn needs to
supply the --detrend file to apply when constructing the residual. The basic
rubric for generating the detrend file name is:

$CAMERA.$DET_TYPE.$DET_ID.$ITER.$CLASS_ID.fits

but the output listing from dettool -toresid does not include the CAMERA value.
