ipp000 needs to have it's bios flashed

Description
The bios needs to be updated so the system can be booted without a keyboard
attached (!!!).
I believe that it is a Tyan s2892 motherboard but please double check before
flashing it as the MB part # was a subsitution from what was spec'ed on the PO.

Great - can you verify that the system will reboot normally now *without* a
keyboard attached?
