Description
The implementation has confused PM_OVERSCAN_ROWS and PM_OVERSCAN_COLUMNS.
PM_OVERSCAN_ROWS means that the overscan is to be subtracted row by row.
PM_OVERSCAN_COLUMNS means that the overscan is to be subtracted column by column.
