Change 'CB' to 'Callback'

Description
In section 2.1.5, 'CB' is used to represent a callback. I suggest just spelling
out callback to make it clearer and read better. For example:
psMemProblemCB => psMemProblemCallback,
psMemAllocateCB => psMemAllocateCallback,
etc.
