Description
I've made a change to pztool_pendingimfile.sql to attempt to prioritize the science exposures over the stare observations. This looks like it will work in the future and preclude the need for someone to make any changes manually to get the science exposures processed.
However, it forces the decision to be hardcoded into the SQL which is less than optimal.
