ppStack does not properly fault impossible stack

Description
stack_id = 312452 will not complete correctly because it has 4/6 inputs completed NAN valued, and the remaining two are NAN across a large fraction (~75%) of the frame. neb://any/gpc1/LAP.ThreePi.test/2011/06/22/RINGS.V3/skycell.1331.072/RINGS.V3.skycell.1331.072.stk.312452.log notes that it then excludes the PSF from the two populated images, and then dies with fault = 5 because it has no sources.
