All sources from diffRun 122547 have negative fluxes

Both publishRuns for the diffRun 122547 fail with fault 2.
All of the sources in the inputs have negative PSF_INST_FLUX

The two pub_ids are 207018 and 207049.

The root cause appears to be that one of the exposures in the pairwise diff had good image quality fwhm_major 3.87 and the
other had poor image quality 11.0182.

ppSub should probably do a better job handling this.

Note: ppMops is a bit quiet about errors. The log simply says:
Unable to translate at /home/panstarrs/ipp/psconfigipp-20110406.lin64/bin/publish_file.pl line 374

I was able to get a clue as to the problem by using a debug build and adding

-trace ppMops 10

Which yields output like:
