invaild magicRun queued

Two magicRuns from ThreePi.20101030 failed to complete.
The problem is that the magicRuns were for the template exposure of a warp warp diff, yet magicRun.inverse == 0.

This causes magictool -exposure to return no data.

The only other cases in the database where a warp - warp diff run had 2 associated magicRuns both with inverse = 0 were testing runs or sweetspot data from 2010-09-15 and 16 which is around the time we first tried doing OSS runs.

I set the inverse bit by hand and the runs completed.
