detectability server too cumbersome for forced photometry

Several projects require forced photometry in bulk. Using the detectability server for this is very annoying because of the one exposure per request rule. We have written scripts to deal with the thousands of tiny fits files the detectability server produces, but it takes roughly 2 seconds per exposure to find each fits file and download it. This becomes unusable for even modest searches.

We need to be able to submit tables with:
expid ra dec
expid ra dec
...

And get the analogous table back.

Yes, please. This would be an excellent feature and much desired by the Transient Classification Server.
