Description
Something is not quite right with the database operations
that go on during cleanup.
When a run finishes cleanup the state is set to 'cleaned' and if magicked is > 0 it is set to -1.
I just found 920 chipRuns and 651 diff runs in this invalid state.
This should not happen.
