Description
psphot run on an up-to-date ppSub-generated image produces NANs for all _MAG values in the .cmf file. Behavior recorded on a Mac OS X, 10.5, Intel, compiled with SVN head as of January 17, 2010. Files available at
http://serenity.phyast.pitt.edu/~wwoodvas/PS1/ppSub_psphot_NAN/
The PEAK_FLUX_AS_MAG values are fine. But PSF_INST_MAG, CAL_PSF_MAG, AP_MAG are NaN. Their associated sigmas are 0.
I generated the subs with "ppSub.sh" in the above directory, and am trying to do the photometry with "psphot.sh".
