DVO measure needs dMcal and dMaper

Description
currently, measure only has dM and dMcal, where dMcal is identified as the calibration error. We need to track 3 types of errors:
dM = poisson error -- fundamental limit
dMaper = aperture - fit scatter -- limit of photometry analysis
dMcal = scatter of zero point -- limit of calibration analysis
