Request for psbuild option to build w/o mysql; -basic option to only build basic utilities

Many small-time users who just want to use things like psphot and dvo will never need MySQL. Because this dependency is one that has given trouble in the past and also because it takes a long time to build from source, having an option to build w/o this would be useful.

Perhaps this should be part of a '-basic' option to psbuild. This option would only build end-user packages that someone would use just to analyze a few images. Taking from the Mar 2009 ipp-2.8.dist, this basic package would include:

Really 'ippScripts' and 'ippTasks' aren't needed either, but they're a trivial compile and contain useful examples that the user may find interesting. I have intentionally omitted ippTools, since a lot of those have to do with interacting with the database to set up different processing steps and runs.
