Writing to inaccesible Nebulous handles

Description
When we want to write to a Nebulous handle that already exists but is inaccessible, Nebulous returns an error. We need to consider how to handle this case.

I'm closing this bug because these errors are not being return by Nebulous but by the filesystem.
