Description
the flats created for GPC1 in september do not have FILTERID correctly set. header values are generally messed up.

This breaks the flatcorr analysis -- detselect is unable to lookup the corresponding flat-field correction image.
I manually added these fields to the flats from 2009.04.23. They need to have values of the form 'g.00000' rather than 'g'
