pantasks is unable to handle multiple concurrent IPP versions

pantasks relies on the user's .bashrc or .cshrc (or equivalent) to call psconfig. That means that a user's pantasks can only ever use a single IPP version at any given time. Thus, even though one can launch pantasks from different IPP versions in parallel, one can't use it to run *commands* from different IPP versions in parallel.

Couldn't the command issued by ssh do the setup to the same IPP version as the pantasks it was launched by?
