Description
As discussed by phone: My sdssmosaic/psphot.config specified PS1_DEV_1 as output format, but the .smf files created from the SDSS pixels have PS1_DEV_0 as output format. .cmf files are PS1_DEV_1 as expected.

sebastian: is this still happening? it does not seem to happen for GPC1, at least now.
