Description
The detrend pages of ippMonitor don't provide any warnings or state changes when a detRun is stuck due to some failure that raised a fault flag.
ADD : some entry equivalent to the 'chip failed exp,' etc. entries in the science pages
OR : cause the detRun state to change (to FAULT, perhaps) when any (or all?) of the entries are stopped in a fault state.
