Description
I have installed IPP-2.3 on our MPG cluster in Garching (128x4CPUs).
On this machine(with a SuSe Linux 9.2), I need on average 3-4 times until pantasks starts smoothly:

pantasks:
When it starts, pantasks runs fine. We have had this problem on no other machine so far (my desktop, laptop, Arno's mac, etc) but I know that Nicholas had something similar on his mac.
haven't seen this for while now...
