+will complete in several chunks based on how the runs were queued. The area with DEC < 0 and (RA < 2 or 9 < RA < 15) will complete
+first. Then the area with 2 < RA < 4 and dec < 0 will be processed followed by all the area with 0 < DEC < 10 and RA < 15
