+One of the most deviant points belongs to PGC-39241 ... Looking at the below figure, the difference in masking and taking care of cosmetic can be the source of deviation. Also it's been observed that for the cases with high degree of masking within the red totted aperture, the sensitivity to the Position Angle of the ellipse increases, since the pixel value of the masked regions is estimated using the isophots.
