    6  - ipp023 - replaced the motherboard.  Old one didn't have any obvious signs of failure, however CPU!#1 had only 40% coverage for the heat sink compound, and CPU!#2 had heat sink compound on about 10 of the pins on the bottom!
    7  - ipp026 - replaced failed drive !#18.
