 * MEH: large number of QUB pstamp requests -- manually restarting to reset >100k operation limit problem... -- errors showing up from diffs being cleaned up a from couple nights ago
 * MEH: adjusting the PS1 data targeting for skycells to not double up on ipp123-126 anymore and also to mix the nodes with 2 partitions (ipp100-126) with the nodes with 1 partition (ipp067-097) to help avoid a clump of skycells on just a subset of double partition nodes -- this is to help balance the MOPS downloads of nightly images for making their stamps so a backup/delay doesn't happen

 * MEH: Haydn got ippb22 back online (bad network port) -- not reporting in ganglia, ubuntu system so service ganglia-monitor start worked
