  * 16:05 CZW: I have powered this down on the console, as it did not boot up after the power cycle.
  * 16:10 CZW: The automatic pantasks restart system did not work cleanly for registration and pstamp.  I have manually restarted the system, and it appears to be functioning.

 * 12:20 CZW: I have set the ippb nodes at the ATRC to down in nebulous, as they are again having cooling issues.
 * 13:45 CZW: ATRC cooling has been resolved, so I'm making the ippb nodes available again.

 * 15:45 CZW: Similar to Monday, the automatic restart system seems to have had a glitch.  This time, stdscience wasn't restarted properly.  The result was the same as then: the server is started, but has not been setup or set to run.
