LAP also appears to be stalled since yesterday, giving a kick (2 missing chips has been slowly stalling one by one LAP runs for past couple days -- neb://ipp030.0/gpc1/20100729/o5406g0599o/o5406g0599o.ota37.fits,neb://ipp030.0/gpc1/20100729/o5406g0608o/o5406g0608o.ota37.fits) so horde of stacks to do. also restarted stdscience since hasn't been done for a couple days.
