  * 0712 postage stamp pantasks died around 1 am last night. Log file mentions programming error Bill restarted pantasks
  * Bill 07:50 burntool got stuck restarted registration to clear up the negative counts in status page
  * 0800 problem was a  rawImfile with data_state ='check_burntool' burntool_state = -1. Reset them to pending_burntool and 0 and registration sped along.
