* otis feedback of sufficient quality data

* star counts ala Juric in raw, and sky cells total, and by filter

* catalog/datastore of jpegs of projection centers/ sky cells in "Rings" in each band - need to be able to inspect stacks coming out the end binning set by something that would make streaks/gaps
