Opihi the tool is, itself, based on Opihi the command-line interpreter. Like limpets, opihis are everywhere.

The significance of `pantasts` and `dvo` being built on `opihi` is that they inherits `ophihi`'s vector and array manipulation abilities, as well as image display and graphing. So learn Opihi.
