+ * Looked into the reason that the relastro failed on some of the SAS_v9 skycells. It turned out that there was a bug in the program getstar that caused it to ignore the -minmag flag. This caused brighter stars to be used than intended. Apparently in the skycells in question the bright stars caused the grid search to. Fixing getstar caused a better set of stars to be selected and astrometry to succeed. In testing this we found that the "better" magnitude values for saturated stars was biasing the zero point measurement in sas_v9.
