Detector Linearity

These plots show the maximum fractional deviation of the flux in a given cell or row from the model:

model_flux = b_fit + m_fit * exptime

The model is calibrated by fitting the flux between 7000 and 30000 counts, and then measuring the deviation between 1000 and 4000 counts (the region in which sagging counts have been observed).

Note: the plots sent around before for the "original configuration" had a bug where cells with bad data were set to zero instead of NaN. This bug is fixed in these figures.

Only row 1 is plotted, as it shows the largest deviations from linearity, as noted before [Wiki:EdgeRolloff]. This previous data also showed that the bottom and left side edges are not corrected by applying the dark and flat.
