I looked at data prior to 2010-09-12 (a camera change date), to see if there was any difference in the bathtub rings.  The bathtub rings are still there, but fainter.  I started with the first non-dark exposure of the night, and found the video cells (this is where I have found the rings before).  I looked at the exposure before a video cell to see if there were rings, and there never were. Here is what I found:
