+I was initially surprised by the clear breaks in this plot, and then realized that I had the dark model turned on to the "default" option when generating these.  Therefore, the break in this plot that corresponds to the changes in the dark above are likely simply due to changes in the dark model above.  I will rerun these test with the dark model off, as that will better establish what date ranges the noisemap is valid.
