1252	dvo par, dpar set to RA, Dec instead of NULL, 0, or	Michael Wood-Vasey	magnier	"After using 'addstar' to put together a catdir from redone psphot calculations of MD01 2008/10/02 data and running relphot (see script below), I find that the 'par' and 'dpar' values are just set to the RA, Dec values.  It seems like they should be set to 0, Null until relastro is run.  What is the proscribed value before astrometric solutions are calculated?
