1152	PSF_INST_MAG_SIG all NaN in pswarp .cmf files	Michael Wood-Vasey	Paul Price	"pswarp doesn't seem to translate PSF_INST_MAG_SIG from the input CMF file to the output CMF file.

Joel Welling and I have been working on warping MOPS Megacam MEF chip images to a given skycell and then doing subtractions. In this process we've realized that the PSF_INST_MAG_SIG is not being translated properly between the proc/MEF files and the warped CMF files. PSF_INST_MAG and all of the other columns in the binary FITS table of the original CMF are being translated correctly. This was true in each of our individual warps as well as Paul's original warps done at the IfA.

This is true for all of the detections. Obviously these aren't the same detections, but the objects that do match do indeed have all of the same columns except for PSF_INST_MAG_SIG."	defect	assigned	high pswarp	2.6	normal welling@…
