Installation of the CFITSIO perl module failed (again, because it didn't find the cfitsio pschecklibs had previously defined and I hadn't set the CFITSIO env var by hand), and I didn't have the tarball for Filesys-Df-0.92 on disk. Nevertheless, psbuild continued with building IPP, even though some dependencies hadn't been built correctly. I think it should stop compilation, or somehow issue a reminder at the end that required perl packages are missing."	defect	new	high		psconfig	2.6	normal
