Chip XY03 (supposed to be CCID58-2-04a2 according to the
"authoritative" diagram at
​https://svn.ifa.hawaii.edu/gpc/wiki/Gpc1DeviceLayout) is reporting
itself to be CCID58-1-04a2 due to table mix-up on the Camera side.
Need to talk to Craig Rae about this; should be fixed soon, which will
necessitate a new format.
