chip ID rules:

there are two chip identifiers:  CCD ID & CCD N

CCD ID is an arbitrary string
CCD N  is a two digit code for the CCDs base on the camera config file

CCD ID: cameraconfig -ccds
CCD N:  cameraconfig -ccdn

detsearch / imsearch use CCD ID for -ccd filter

filenames of derivative products should use CCD N as a marker
eg: 654321o.fits -> 654321o23.fits (for megacam ccd23 image)
